    Highly efficient oil-lubricated screw compressor with extreme FAD and permanent magnet motor with IE4 efficiency. The machine was developed with regard to the most efficient production of compressed air in industrial operations and can often replace even compressors with motor power one to two orders of magnitude higher.

    Thanks to the direct drive of the airend with the electric motor, the compressor of the SCR-EPM series works without any energy losses in the transmission system. Compared to compressors with V-belts, a coupling or a gearbox, there is no need for any maintenance, and in addition to energy savings, the user also saves on servicing the machine.

    SCR compressors technology
    SCR compressor motors with permanent magnets have an efficiency of IE4, asynchronous motors then IE3/IE4. Machines with the INNOVANCE inverter have the highest possible IE2 efficiency. It follows that all SCR compressors equipped with an inverter meet the efficiency of the IES2 system according to IEC 61800-9.

    Lossless direct drive 1:1

    Thanks to the direct connection of the airend to the electric motor, the SCR-EPM series compressors operate without any energy loss in the transmission unit. Compared to compressors with V-belts, coupling or gearbox, this eliminates any maintenance.

    PM motor with IE4 efficiency

    The SCR-EPM series brings the latest in oil-lubricated permanent magnet motor technology to the world of small screw compressors. The used PM motors, due to their design, have an extreme efficiency that exceeds the IE4 efficiency requirements of IEC EN 60034 and exceeds the conventional IE2 efficiency motors used as a standard solution for variable speed compressors by an average of 5%. In addition, the design of the PM motor does not contain any bearings, which eliminates the aspect of motor maintenance.

    Frequency converters with vector control

    The SCR-EPM compressors are equipped with state-of-theart INOVANCE frequency converters, which allow them to maintain the required output pressure and adapt the speed of the drive unit to the immediate needs of the compressed air supply.

    The modern electronic controller with a 7" color touch screen in the Czech and 5 other languages with perfect software equipment that allows many user settings, display of parameters about the operation of the machine and reporting of possible faults.
