Airend

The SCR-D compressors are equipped with very efficient ALLY WIN airends, which were designed in Germany and have several international patents. ALLY WIN airends are equipped with top bearings and ensure long life and high air compression efficiency.

Efficient coupling transmission

SCR-D series screw compressors feature an advanced airend connection to the main electric motor via a flexible coupling, ensuring high power transfer from the motor with minimum losses in the the transmission system.

SCR9000 electronic controller

The modern electronic controller with a 7" color touch screen in the Czech and 5 other languages with perfect software equipment that allows many user settings, display of parameters about the operation of the machine and reporting of possible faults.

Efficient oil separation

Thanks to the three-stage oil separation by means of centrifugal force, gravity and a separation filter, the compressed air with an oil content of <3 ppm is treated at the outlet of the compressor.

Without rubber hoses

On the SCR-D compressors, you will only find metal pipes instead of traditional flexible hoses. This saves you on future hose replacements and eliminates the risk of hose rupture and subsequent air or oil leakage as much as possible.

Efficient compressor cooling

SCR-D compressors are equipped with an efficient fan and a generously sized air and oil cooler. This solution makes it possible to operate the compressor at temperatures up to +45°C and with a very low outlet air temperature.
