The SCR-D series compressors are equipped with highly efficient ALLY WIN airends, which were designed in Germany and have several international patents.

ALLY WIN airends are equipped with top bearings and ensure long life and high air compression efficiency.

Efficient coupling transmission

SCR-D series screw compressors feature an advanced airend connection to the main electric motor via a flexible coupling, ensuring high power transfer from the motor with minimum losses in the the transmission system.

SCR9000 electronic controller

Modern system for controlling the operation of screw compressors with a comfortable 7" color touch screen and has the following functions and features:

  • button control
  • display of all necessary parameters about the operation of the machine
  • indication of operational warnings and alarms
  • alarm history for machine fault analysis
  • user levels via passwords
  • practical display of electricity consumptions
  • weekly schedule with 5 time slots for switching the compressor on and off
  • automatic restart after power failure

Efficient compressor cooling

SCR-D compressors are equipped with an efficient fan and a generously sized air and oil cooler. This solution makes it possible to operate the compressor at temperatures up to +45°C and with a very low outlet air temperature.

Pipes instead of hoses

On the SCR-D compressors, you will only find metal pipes instead of traditional flexible hoses. This saves you on future hose replacements and eliminates the risk of hose rupture and subsequent air or oil leakage as much as possible.

Efficient oil separation

Oil separation system ensures perfect compressed air output quality with a peak oil content of <3 ppm. The oil is separated by a three-stage separation system using centrifugal force, gravity effect in a vertically oriented oil receiver and a high-quality separation filter.

FAD performance is measured according to ISO 1217 and is listed for the maximum pressure of the model; additional FAD performance values at different frequencies and pressures can be found in the technical data sheets on request.

The noise level is indicated for a distance of 1 m from the machine.
