Electronic Controller IT7000

Although the SCR-APM Mini screw compressors represent the smallest product line in the SCR program, they are equipped with the advanced IT7000 electronic controller. This unit features intuitive operation via a 7" color touchscreen and offers a wide range of useful functions for monitoring compressor status, operational and service settings, and essential alarms.

Operating Status Indication

SCR-APM Mini series machines are equipped with a smart operating status indicator using stylish front panel lighting. This practical solution allows users to instantly see whether the compressor is under load and producing compressed air, or whether it is stopped or in unload mode and not producing air.

No Transmission Losses

Thanks to the direct connection between the airend and the electric motor, SCR-APM Mini compressors operate without any energy losses in the transmission system. Compared to compressors with belt drives, gearboxes or flexible couplings, this design also eliminates the need for any maintenance.

High-Efficiency IE4 Motors

SCR-APM Mini utilizes the technology of oil-cooled motors with permanent magnets, offering exceptional efficiency that exceeds the IE4 requirements according to IEC EN 60034 standards.

Low-Speed Airend

Highly precise, oil-lubricated in-house manufactured airend with a modern rotor profile and low rotational speed delivers a large volume of compressed air with excellent efficiency, especially compared to piston compressors.

3-in-1 Assemblies

The SCR-APM Mini screw compressors are available not only as standalone units, but also in practical 3-in-1 assemblies that include a compressor, a condensate dryer, and a 200-liter air receiver. This integrated concept ensures both production and treatment of compressed air, greatly simplifies installation, saves space, and provides high-quality air for powered tools and technologies.

Air Dryer

During air compression, water vapor from the ambient intake air condenses into a liquid emulsion known as condensate. This condensate causes corrosion in piping, pneumatic tools, valves, and pistons in production lines and machinery, and can also damage final products.

SCR-APM Mini assemblies are equipped with RDL refrigeration dryers using modern, eco-friendly refrigerant R513a, ensuring a pressure dew point of +5 °C.
